The 1st LightDyNAmics Week will be held on 17 – 21 June 2019 at the Department of Industrial Chemistry “Toso Montanari” in Bologna, Italy. The programme includes the Wider Horizon Day: “Future Lighting: Changes an Challenges of OLEDs” and lectures to improve Methodological & Technical skills as well as Transferable & Business skills. The meeting will further include the Mid-term check meeting with the EC project officer.

  • Basics of DNA structure and conformational behaviour: Single strand, Duplex, Quadruplex (J. Plavec, KI)
  • Exercises on genetics, spectrscopy, formation of hydrogen bonds, QM calculations

Day 4

  • Experimental approaches for the characterization of DNA structure and energetics (S. Quinn, UCD)
